The Hoofer Youth Program offers quality on-the-water instruction with a focus on fun and learning. Are open to youth ages 10-18. And range from beginner to advanced. Youth Assistant applications for the 2018 season can be found here. Please have completed applications returned to Hoofers no later than Friday, April 27th. Register Early for Best Selection.
